Web pages display incorrectly

From your query it's looks like you have activate too much security in your browser. First you must reduce security setting to see normal web page.If you are using firefox browser then do some following setting Open your firefox browser >click on Tools> Click on Internet Options, Click on Secuity.
after clicking on security tab you can see various setting for security which are already check you have do is unchecked all security option .
